Elizabeth was baptised at Egloshayle, Cornwall on 25 August 1776. She was the fourth of seven children of John Parnell and Mary Polkinhorn. [1][2]
Research Notes
There is a wedding on 24 Dec 1817 at Egloshayle between Elizabeth Parnell and William Hamley. [3] However the 1851 census establishes that this Elizabeth was born 22 years later. [4]
