DNA Connections
It may be possible to confirm family relationships with Drusilla by comparing test results with other carriers of her ancestors' mitochondrial DNA.
However, there are no known mtDNA test-takers in her direct maternal line.
It is likely that these autosomal DNA test-takers will share some percentage of DNA with Drusilla:
Drusilla was 11 in the 1860 census which equates to a 1849 birth and she was 62 at death which equates to a 1848 birth but she is not in her parents' household in the 1850 census. Perhaps she was born in the year 1850 after the census was enumerated. Her sister Adaline was 3 in 1850 and 13 in 1860 which equates to a 1847 birth but the 1900 census gives her birth as Aug 1849. Perhaps she was born in Aug 1847. Both were not born in 1849 as indicated on their profiles.
