Daniel Fisher Paul was born in 1844 in Durham, England.^[1][2] He was the son of Daniel Fisher Paul and Mary Ann (Johnson) Paul.

   ANOTHER OLD RESIDENT.

   On the 19th inst, Mr. Daniel Fisher Paul, aged 78 passed away, and was interred in the local cemetery, the funeral leaving the residence of his daughter, Mrs. Finn of 12 Inglis street, North Williamstown. He had been a resident of this city for 25 years. Deeased was an Englishman by birth. The burial was a private one, conducted by Mr. Jackson. At the graveside the Rev. H. C. Martin officiated.
