Biography

Sid was the son of Scott and Alice Clemmons Payne and was married first to Deckie Cantrell the 19th of March 1906 in Fannin County, Georgia.

Some of their children were Otis, Homer Gordon, Morris and Etha. Sid married 2nd to Berta and some of their children were Clercy and Ollie. (1920 census.)

He passed away in 1935. He is buried in Mobile Cemetery, Epworth, Fannin County, GA.
