Biography

Edward was born around 1805 according to census data. He was chr on 2 January 1805 in Burwell, this chr is listed on the Burwell Parish Register cd available from the CFHS, but is not listed on a linkable source.

He married Lucy Bowers on 26 October 1825 and together they had eight children.^[1]

By the 1861 Census, Edward was 55 years old, and a Pentioner. His wife, Lucy, sons Alfred, 18, Edward A., 15, and Charles, 10 lived in Newmarket, Swaffham Prior, Cambridgeshire county. ^[2]
