Biography
Easter (Peek) Tidwell lived in Appalachia, in Alabama.
Easter "Easly" Peek was born about 1832 to Joseph Peek and Frances Chadwick in Edgefield, South Carolina.
She married Johnson King Tidwell in 1868 in Tallapoosa County, Alabama.[1] Their children were:
She died about 1901 in Alabama.
Research Notes
There are variations of the last name. Peeks, Peak, Peake, Peakes, etc. My written family history shows the last name as Peek or Peeks. I am using Peek.
In 1900 United States Census, it shows that she had 4 children and two were living. I have not been able to find the 4th child.[4]
