Biography

Unity F Peeler was enumerated at Post Office Koshiusko, Township 14 Range 8, Attala County, Mississippi for the August 1, United States Census, 1860. She was noted as born 1852 in Mississippi and marked as having attended school within the year as seen in the image of the original census. Also included in the household are male Samuel Peeler, female Jane Peeler, male Isaac J Peeler, male Thomas M Peeler, female Mary E Peeler, male Jeff D Peeler, female Susan J Peeler and female Pernina Peeler.[1]

Francis U White was enumerated as wife of the head of household in ED 1 Beat 1 Kosciusko, Attala County, Mississippi for the June 4, United States Census, 1900. She was noted as born June 1852 in Mississippi and had been married for nineteen years. Also included in the household are head James V White and son Clarence V White as seen in an image of the original census.[2]

Fannie White was enumerated as wife of the head of household at 722 Walnut Street, Hattiesburg Ward 2, Forrest County, Mississippi for the April 25, United States Census, 1910. She was noted as born 1853 in Mississippi and had been married twenty-nine years. She was the mother of one child and this child was still living as seen in the image of the original census. Also included in the household is head G Van White.[3]

Fannie P White was enumerated as aunt of the head of household at 105 Columbia Street, Hattiesburg, Forrest County, Mississippi for the April 22, United States Census, 1930. She was noted as born 1855 in Mississippi and widowed as seen in an image of the original census. Also included in the household are head Janie P Steadman, daughter Claire Steadman, daughter Gwendolyn Steadman, son Harold Steadman, daughter Evelyn Steadman and sister Grace Peeler.[4]
