Biography
Isabelle does not appear to have a birth registration but she was enumerated in the 1890 US Census living with her parents Charles Penman and Caroline Muir. Her two sisters are also living there - Jane R. 27, and Mary S. 20. Isabelle is 15 years old. [1]
Belle passed away in 1956 in Peckville and is buried in the Union Cemetery. [2]
