Biography

Abraham Phelps was born January 22,1641/42 in Windsor, Hartford, Connecticut.[1]

Abraham lived with his uncle, Abram/Abraham Randall, who is thought to have had no children because he left his estate to Abraham. [2]

Abraham married Mary Pinney on July 6, 1665.[2] The couple had several known children, including Abraham Phelps (b. 6 Mar 1666), Isaac Phelps (b. 5 Aug 1678), and Benjamin Phelps (b. 1 Oct 1688)[2], as well as others.

Abraham passed away on January 25 (or 28), 1727/8. [1],[2] Inscription: "Here lieth ye body of Capt Abraham Phelps Who Died Jan 25th 1728 aged about 83 years"

He was the husband of Mary Pinney Phelps Burial: Palisado Cemetery, Windsor, Hartford, Connecticut, USA
