Brenda was born on July 25, 1946 at Huntsville in Scott County, Tennessee. She was the daughter of James Edgar Phillips and Ida Belle ( Thompson ) Phillips . She passed away from cerebral hemorrhage on July 28, 1946 at Thompson Clinic in Oneida, Scott County.
