Winifred Phillips (married name Rowe) was born on 18 February 1865 in Carnegie, Victoria, Australia, the daughter of Elizabeth (Bennet) Phillips and Gabriel Phillips.[1]
She married Henry Rowe on 16 October 1883 in Ballarat, Victoria.[2] Their children were:
