Lydia Pickering was born at Salem, Massachusetts Bay, on the 27th of February 1735/1736; she was a daughter of Timothy Pickering and Mary (Wingate) Pickering.[1]
She married, as his second wife, widower George Williams, at Salem on the 15th of March, 1758.[2][3] Children:

She passed away, at Boston, in October of 1824. Though the Salem marriage records do not show her union with George Williams, her death record -- which includes her maiden surname and her husband's name -- make it clear that the two were wed.[4]
