Biography

Alice Martha ( Ramona) Pierce was born in Blue Springs, Gage, Nebraska on 03 Sep 1907. She was the eigth child of James Alfred Pierce (07 Aug 1871) and Martha Jane McFarland (26 Jul 1875). She had seven brothers (Franklin Jacob Pierce (23 Nov 1893), Alfred William Pierce (16 Feb 1895), Ralph James Pierce (19 Mar 1896), Edmund John Pierce (03 Jan 1899), Melvin Thedore Pierce (03 Sep 1903), Clarence Lester Pierce (02 May 1905), Lawrence Glenn Pierce (23 Jan 1917)) and three sisters (Ethel Marie Pierce (17 Oct 1897), Leona Fay Pierce (03 Jun 1912), Elsie Florence ( Skip) Pierce (06 Jan 1918)).

When she was 43 years old, her father James Alfred Pierce died (14 Oct 1950). When she was 57 years old, her mother Martha Jane McFarland died (17 May 1965).

Her partner was Eli Wixon (1903).

In 1910, she is found living with her parents in Mission Creek, Pawnee, Nebraska.^[1]

On 14 Mar 1988, she died in Wyoming when she was 80 years old.
