Elizabeth Pierpoint was of London.^[1]

She married Thomas Gibbons, originally of Little Sutton, Warwickshire and then of Ditchley, Oxfordshire.^[1]

She most likely died at Ditchley, Oxfordshire, England.

Research Notes

Profile had death date of 25 Apr 1696, same as her husband had. Her location was Hartford, Hartford, Connecticut, which was a different location than her husband. She would have been over 100 years old, so it has been removed.

William Gibbon's will in 1654 mentioned his sister Elizabeth, who is married to 'Hitchcock', but not parents, so they must have been deceased earlier.^[3] The Hitchcock source mentions Elizabeth Gibbon's 3 marriages and her brother's will and it's contents, but there is no mention of the parents of Elizabeth and William.

The birth date is estimated and may be quite inaccurate. It has been estimated from the 1574 pedigree where her husband, Thomas, has an eight year old grandson.

The marriage date of 1617 is not possible and has been removed.

Elizabeth Gibbons and William Gibbons cannot be the children of Thomas Gibbons and Elizabeth Pierpoint. It seems that the information was taken from a pedigree circulating online that is inaccurate. One is here. The dates are not possible and also contradict the pedigree in the Visitation of Oxfordshire.
