Charles Alexander Pinkney, Jr. was born in 1867[1][2][3] in Ontario[1][4], Canada[2]. He was the child[2] of Eliza Jacobs and Civil War veteran Charles Alexander Pinckney of the famous 54th Massachusetts Volunteer Infantry.
