Charles Alexander Pinkney, Jr. was born in 1867[1] [2] [3] in Ontario[1] [4] , Canada[2] . He was the child[2] of Eliza Jacobs and Civil War veteran Charles Alexander Pinckney of the famous 54th Massachusetts Volunteer Infantry.
