Biography
Reginald Pitchers died young.
Reginald Ernest Pitchers was born on 29 Dec 1886. His birth was registered in the first quarter of 1887 in Guildford district. He was the son of William Thomas Pitchers and Lucy (Chapman) Pitchers. His father was a tailor, and became a knitware manufacturer, so the family would have been pretty well-off.[1][2]
Reginald died on 14 Feb 1887 at his home, 11, High Street, Godalming, aged 6 weeks. He was buried on 17 Feb 1887 in Nightingale Cemetery, Godalming, in the consecrated section.

Clearly the bottom four lines of the inscription do not refer to Reginald, and from the burial records, it's clear they refer to Ann Gilbert, who was buried in the same grave. She must have been a friend or relative of his parents of some kind.
