Biography
Her baptism, marriage and death records and the baptism record for her son, William, have her name as Phebe while the baptism records for her other children have the spelling as Phoebe. She signed the marriage register with her mark. Phebe was baptised 4 June 1797 in Lilley. She was a resident of Hemel Hempstead at the time of her marriage. Her death was registered in the third quarter of 1839 in Berkhampstead, Hertfordshire.
