Daughter of Samuel Plummer and Sarah Miles, Rachel was born in 1738, Prince George's, Maryland. She married John Harris, son of Daniel Harris and Mary Hutchins, in 1760. All the families were "Friends" Quakers. Rachel passed away in 1823, Hanover, Virginia, United States.
