In the 1880 census David (age 37), Farmer, was the married head of household in Mohican, Ashland, Ohio, United States.[4]

Daniel passed away on 21 Mar 1915 in Ottumwa, Wapello, Iowa, United States, aged 72. Daniel was buried in Ottumwa Cemetery, Ottumwa, Wapello County, Iowa, United States with a death date of 21 March 1915.[5]
