Biography

Laura was born about 1818. She was the daughter of Moses Powers and Ann Wood.

She was living with her parents in Augusta, Oneida, New York in 1850[1] and in Lenox, Madison, New York in 1855.[2] Her birth county as listed on the 1855 census was Oneida county, New York.

In 1870, she was living in the household of her brother Moses Herman Powers in Green Lake, Green Lake, Wisconsin.[3]

She passed away in 1902 in Minneapolis, Hennepin, Minnesota.[4]
