Biography
Joyce E. Prather was born 19 December 1902 in Indiana. The son of William Alexander McKenzie and Ocean Jewell Prather.
He married Maude Belle Wallis. He was a truckdriver. They apparently had no children.
He died 7 January 1976 in Cairo, Alexander, Illinois, but was buried in nearby Greenlawn Cemetery in Villa Ridge, Illinois.
