Biography
William was born in 1811 in North Carolina. He is understood to be the son of Thomas White Price and Sophia Kerr. William married Perlina Knott in Georgia. In 1850 William and Perlina are enumerated on the federal census in Yalobusha County, Mississippi. [1] He passed away in 1890.
