Biography
Theresa was born on 18 August 1886 in Bradford, the youngest daughter of James Price and Ann FitzSimons. After losing her mother at the age of 3, she was primarily raised by her father alongside her siblings at their home in Duncan Street, Little Horton. In her early teens, Theresa began working as a wool spinner.
Theresa married Francis Shackleton in Bradford at the age of 21 in 1908, with whom she had 6 sons from 1910 to 1924. Theresa was widowed in 1932 and never remarried.
At the outbreak of WW2 in 1939, Theresa lived at 13 Ashfield Road, Thornton with her sons. She passed away not longer later, in 1942.
