Alexander Prine was born about 1853 in Missouri, United States. He was the son of Daniel Prine and Catherine Bryant.

On 23 Nov 1874, he married (1) Sabrina Brooks in Cass, Missouri, United States. On 19 Feb 1882, he married (2) Margaret Morris in Cass, Missouri, United States.

He died about 1890 in Missouri, United States.
