Biography
Elizabeth Rachel Purcell was born in 1827 in Liberty County, Georgia to John Russell Purcell and Stacy Smart. She married William Washington Anderson in 1847 in Tattnall County, Georgia.[1][2][3][4][5] Rachel passed away in 1897 in Tattnall County, Georgia and is buried in the Bradley-Anderson Cemetery in Tattnall County, Georgia.[6]
