Walter Henry Ragg was born in Balmain South, New South Wales during 1897. He was the son of George Ragg & Fanny Herbert.[1]
Walter married Dulcie M Hopkins in Canterbury, New South Wales during 1925.[2]
Walter died in Bowral, New South Wales during 1963.[3]
