Biography
Karl Johan Ramstedt was born at Frötuna foundry in Götlunda on Christmas Eve 1823.[1] When the family moved to Arboga and Garpström's foundry in 1833 he changed his surname to Fröberg (there were no formalities about it at the time).[2]
On October 27, 1848 Karl Johan Fröberg married Stina Lotta Sjöqvist at Garpströmmens Bruk.[3] They had one daughter.
Karl Johan Fröberg passed away from diabetes April 30, 1905 and had a methodist funeral on May 7.[4]
