Biography
Stina Lotta Sjöqvist was born at the soldier's croft Sjölunda in Säterbo in 1821.[1] From the age of 16 she went to work as a servant girl in households in and near Arboga.[2]

- in the household of Jan Jansson in Hamre 1845-46[7]
- with the baker Nordström in Arboga town 1846-47[8]
- with smith and widower Carl Brosell at Ellholmen (Garpströmmen) 1847-48[9]
October 27, 1848 she married Karl Johan Fröberg at Garpströmmens Bruk.[10] Their only daughter was born two months later.
Stina Lotta passed away in 1903, at the age of 81.[11]
