DNA Connections
It may be possible to confirm family relationships with Joseph by comparing test results with other carriers of his Y-chromosome or his mother's mitochondrial DNA. However, there are no known yDNA or mtDNA test-takers in his direct paternal or maternal line. It is likely that these autosomal DNA test-takers will share some percentage of DNA with Joseph:

The profile Whitson-633 probably represents the same person as profile Unknown-381704, an individual whose LNAB was Ann Denson. The profile of Isaac Randall-4798 listed here represent the same person as profile Randel-45. The father of Isaac Randel (Randall) is Joseph Randel-41, who was the husband of Ann Denson ( Unknown-381704). If I don't hear anything to the contrary, I will disconnect Whitson-633 and Randall-4798 from Randall-4822 in a few days.

It appears that Ann Whitson-633 was not the wife of Joseph Randall-4822. She was probably the wife of Randel-41; both died in Preble County, Ohio at about the same time. Also, it appears that the profile Randall-4822 is the same profile Randall-15. If Whitson-633 is removed as a wife from Randall-4822 then all of the information between Randall-15 and Randall-4822 is identical except the place of death. Preble County, Ohio the place of death of Randel-41, Whitson-633 is listed as the place of death for Randall-4822. This is incorrect for Randall-4822 who died in Virginia as is listed for Randall-15. Information for the profiles Randel-41, Randall-15 and Randall-4822 was intermingled with the incorrect listing for Whitson-633 associated with Randall-4822.

Randel-99 and Randall-4822 appear to represent the same person because: Birth and death dates and places are the same or close, father and siblings the same. The correct LNAB is Randall.
