Biography

George Washington Ray was born in 1831 in Rapides Parish, Louisiana, United States. He was the son of Reuben Ray and Olivia Willis.[1]

He was living with his parents and siblings on a farm during the 1850 census in Rapides Parish.[1]

He married Mary Dora Dickson.[2]

He died on 12 March 1912 in Rapides Parish, aged 80.[citation needed]
