Biography
Joseph was born in 1850 at Rowley Regis, Staffordshire, the son of Thomas Raybould and Ann Raybould formerly Gadd. [1]
In the 1851 census Joseph was living with his family at Peartree St, Reddhal Hill in the parish of Rowley Regis. He was aged just 6 months. [2]
On 22 July 1860 Joseph and five of his siblings were baptised at St. Giles Church, Rowley Regis. His parents were living at Old Hill and father Thomas was a shoemaker. [3]
In 1861 the family was living at Halesowen Rd, Reddal Hill, Rowley Regis. Joseph was then aged 11 years. [4]
Joseph Raybould died in 1867 aged 16 years. [5]
He was buried on 15 August 1867 at St. Luke’s Churchyard, Cradley Heath. The burial register recorded Joseph Raybold [sic] was residing at Old Hill at his death and was aged 17 [sic] years. [6]
