WEDDINGS

RAYNER—WHEELER

FOR her wedding to Mr Austin Maxwell Rayner, son of Mrs and the late Mr Herb. Rayner, Miss Nell Wheeler, of Mudgee, chose a frock of white satin and lace, which was made with a long train, and with which she wore a tulle veil falling from a coronet of orange blossoms. The bridal bouquet was of white lilies.

The bride, who is the daughter of Mrs John Wheeler, of Mudgee, was attended by her sister, Miss Lily Wheeler, as bridesmaid. She wore an ankle length blue frock with a blue tulle hat to match, and carried a posy of Easter daisies and roses. Little Betty Tunnicliff and Rita Wheeler acted as flower girls and were very prettily attired in pink ankle length frocks with pink tulle coronets, and carried baskets of flowers.

Mr Fred Warner carried out the duties of best man.

A reception was held at the bride's mother's home.

Together they had 2 children.
