Stanley Erech Read was born in 1880 in Raymond Terrace, New South Wales, Australia, son of William Stevenson Read and Alice Sexton. [1]
Stanley married Mary Jane Crabbe on August 20, 1908 in Lismore, New South Wales, Australia. [2] Their children were:
- Jean Merle Read (about 1909 – August 2 1947)
- Kevin Read (about 1912 – unknown)
- Hazel Wilhelmina Read (about 1913 – unknown)
- Martin Thomas Read (April 13 1921 – June 2 1988)
