Biography

Taylor was born in 1846. ^[1]

He moved to Lynn Township, Posey, Indiana at 9 years of age and lived there most of his life. He married Sallie (Cox) Record and had 4 children. in 1870, he was a farmer in Posey, Indiana, next to his parents farm. ^[2] In 1880, he was living in the same place, next to his brother's farm. ^[3]

After Sallie died in 1882, he remarried Mary Ann Yeager in 1883. ^[4]She died in 1896. In 1900, his third wife's name was Madeline. He was working as a dealer of general merchandise.^[5]

In 1910, he has stopped working and was disabled with an illness that lead to his death 2 years later. He had a son named Lester living with him and his wife. ^[6] He passed away in 1912. ^[7]

He is buried in Bethany-Old Beech Cemetery.^[8]
