Harriet's birth was registered in the Stockton district in the last quarter of 1864. The mother's maiden name was Russell. ^[1]

The marriage between David Roberts and Harriet Ann Readen was registered in the 2nd quarter of 1883 in the Stockton district. ^[2]

In 1901, the Roberts family was living at Front Street, Whickham. ^[3]
