Tim, I am just going through my mom’s version of the family history. She said that there were 13 in family of John Clifford Reid/ Sarah Maria Gillespie but only listed 10. I went on here to clarify. She listed two who died as small children from diphtheria - Gordon and Jenny who I assume is Ethra Jane. She also missed Helena Clara. I am assuming that you are correct with a count of 11. However, I vaguely remember them talking about Helena “ carrying a torch “ for her husband after divorce. I think but can’t say for sure that her husband was George Francis Gabriel who according to mom was married to a M. Helena Reid in 1905 and divorced in 1919. George just happens to be the brother of my grandmother Martha Jane Gabriel who married James Oliver Reid on September 22, 1908. Mom by the way has his birth year as 1880 not 1879. Don’t know how to clarify this as George Francis Gabriel born May 3, 1876 and died November 8, 1951 is not on here.
