Biography

Olive Artemis Renaud, daughter of Thomas Renaud and Pelagie Sicout Arcouette;was born on 2 Sep 1833 and baptized on the 8th of Sep at Assumption Church, Windsor, Essex, Ontario, Canada. ^[1]

Olive became the first wife of Honoré (Henry) Drouillard, son of the late Louis Drouillard and the late Angelique Bigras dit Fauvel; when they married on 8 Nov 1853 at St. John the Baptist Church Amherstburg, Essex, Ontario, Canada. ^[2] Following her death after a mere 27 months of marriage; Honoré remarried an additional two time.

Olive and Honoré were blessed with two children before her untimely death at the age of 22:

• Joseph Michel Drouillard (b: 1854)
• Mary Elizabeth Drouillard (Jan 22, 1855-Apr 20, 1856)

Olive died on 26 Jul 1856 in Amherstburg, Essex, Ontario, Canada and was buried on 28 Jul 1856 at St. John the Baptist Cemetery, Amherstburg, Essex, Ontario, Canada. ^[3]
