Biography

Billie was born in 1921. She was the daughter of Billie Renfro and Ella Land. Billie Jo volunteered to serve in the WAVES during World War II. She was a Lt JG and even had to get permission to marry Bill Nicolai because he was an enlisted man. ^[1][2] She passed away in 1999.
