Mr. Flady Richards Dead.

The friends of Mr. Flavins Richards will regret to learn of his death. He was the son of Mrs. Ferdinand Richards, unmarried and 38 years of age. He was a constable in the 123d district, and served in this capacity at the courthouse during terms of court. He was taken with hemorrhagic fever two weeks ago which developed into scarlet fever from which he died. His funeral will take place at 1 o'clock today at the cemetery and will be private.
