Biography
Frances was born about 1774. She was the daughter of Benjamin Richardson and Sarah Mizell. She passed away after 1858.[1]
In Deed Book A, p. 59, Bulloch County deed records, we find the list of his (Benjamin Richardson's) heirs." The list names heirs and the places of final residence. see notes for each individual.
