Juliette Mae Richmond was born on 15 June 1911, in Leominster, Worcester, Massachusetts, United States.[1] She was the daughter of Everett Richmond and Ida O'Neil.
She married Joseph Edmond Morancey on 17 October 1931, in Millerton, North East, Dutchess, New York, United States.
She died on 3 February 1974, in Manchester, Hartford, Connecticut, United States, at the age of 62.[2] She was buried in Saint James Cemetery, Manchester, Hartford County, Connecticut, United States.[3]
