Biography
William was born in Worth, Sussex and baptised there on 21 December 1783.[1] He is the son of John Ridley and Mary Woodman.
He may have married Mary Vigar in Worth in 1808[2] or Elizabeth Cocherell there in 1805.[3]
William was buried in West Hoathly on 20 September 1809, his age recorded as 26 years.[4]
