Daughter of James Barber Rockwell and Hannah Bennet/Bennett (Burt) Rockwell.
Rachel married Brewer Burt on 26 Dec 1822 Scioto, Ohio - parents of James R. Burt.
Rachel died before 1840 at Washington Township, Shelby, Illinois, USA, at the age of 35.
