Thelma Agnes Rodgers was born on March 11, 1916 in Dutton, Madison, Arkansas, United States, daughter of John Thomas Rodgers (1862–1947) and Ollie Aker Acord (~1882–1956).^[1]

Thelma died on November 27, 2009 in Macomb, McDonough, Illinois, United States, aged 93. She was buried in Oakwood Cemetery, Macomb, McDonough County, Illinois.^[1]
