Biography

After his run in with the law and the death of his brother Frank, Jack moved into Texas, married and had two sons. Sometime before 1900 the marriage ended in divorce. His sons eventually moved away and worked away, both passing away early in life, one in California, the other in Minnesota. Jack passed away shortly after at the age of 78 from a stroke contributed to by parenchymatous nephritis or bright's disease (kidney disease).
