Charles was born in 1887 in Eaglehawk, Victoria, Australia, the son of James Rosewarne and Emily Guy. [1]
He married Rosey Rees 1890–1970. Their children included:
- Rosemary Emily Rosewarne (1911–1974)
- Phillip Leslie Rosewarne (1916–1996)
He dies in 1967 in St Kilda, Victoria. [2]
