Biography

Henry Robelou (aka Roubelou) was born on December 16, 1691 and baptized on December 27, 1691 at Glasshouse Street and Leicester Fields, French Huguwest, Westminster, London, England. He was the son of Joseph and Catherine (Girrard) Robelou.

Henry married Judith Moreau (Morel, Moreaw) on October 1, 1723 at St. Dunstan and All Saints, Stepney, Tower Hamlets, Middlesex, England. They had several children including Pierre, Thomas, Henry, Isaac, Elizabeth, Jacob, Joseph, Catherine, and Jeanne Magdelaine. Henry was a noted musician as reported as his occupation in his marriage record.

Henry passed away in Bethnal Green, Tower Hamlets, Middlesex, England and was buried there on February 17, 1760. He left his wife a widow.
