Biography
Joseph was born on August 23, 1841, in Saint-Anselme, Canada-Est. He is the son of Jacques Rouillard and Adelaide Gaulin.[1]
He married Elmire Fortier, daughter of David Fortier and Léocadie Marceau, on February 21, 1865, in Saint-Henri-de-Lévis, Canada-Est.[2]
