Biography

Franklin was born in about 1816 in Kentucky.[1]

When Franklin was about 25 he married Charlotte E Ratliff on 29 April 1841 in Pike, Kentucky, USA. The couple had 10 children: Louisa Rowe, Martha Patsey Rowe, Sarah J Rowe, Miles E Rowe, Elizabeth Rowe, Eliza Rowe, Nancy P Rowe., William H Rowe, James Frank Rowe and Margrate Rowe.[2]

In the 1850 census Franklin (age about 34) was living in Pike, Kentucky, USA.[3]

In the 1860 census Franklin (age about 44) was living in Grundy, Buchanan, Virginia, USA.[4]

In the 1870 census Franklin (age about 54) was living in Dardenne, Dalhoff, St Charles, Missouri, USA.[1]

In the 1880 census Franklin (age about 64) was living in Dardenne, St Charles, Missouri, USA.[5]
