Annie was born in 1876.

She passed away in 1931. [1]

From her Find A Grave: Memorial #143269945:

Mrs. ANNIE ROWLAND HISER, 55, died at the Washington County Hospital yesterday evening from bullet wounds inflicted by her husband, William Hiser, 62, in a shooting at 29 North Foundry Street Wednesday night. Mrs. Hiser had been in a coma since the shooting and died without making a statement.
Mrs. Emma Hull, also wounded by a shot fired by Hiser is well on the road to recovery, hospital attaches said last night, while Roy Rowland, 13, son of Mrs. Hiser by a previous marriage has completely recovered from a gunshop wound in the right arm.
The shooting was the outcome of a year's estrangement during which she spurned his attentions on every occasion he called upon her. The authorities are convinced the shooting was premediated, inasmuch as Hiser, by his own admissions, purchased four .32 calibre shells at a local hardware store in the afternoon preceding the shooting.
Mrs. Hiser is survived by two sons, David R. Rowland, Silver Springs and Roy Rowland, Hagerstown; and one brother, near Baltimore.

---

William Hiser, 61, today was sentenced to life-imprisonment for the first-degree murder of his estranged wife, ANNE ROWLAND HISER, last August 12. He recently was convicted by a jury here.
Thirteen year-old Roy Rowland, son of Hiser's victim, told at the trial how Hiser shot his mother and also fatally wounded Mrs. Emma Hall, at the home of the latter. He then turned the revolver on the Rowland boy and shot him through the shoulder.
Hiser was convicted eight years ago of second-degree murder of Bernard Myers, his son-in-law.
